Tekken 3 is a fighting game pitting players against one another, much like the games that came before it in the series. The main differences between the two versions are the increased emphasis placed on side-stepping, which enables players to move their characters into and out of the fight’s background at will, the addition of new combo throws, and a reduction in the player’s ability to jump in an effort to create a more realistic experience. The cast of characters has been expanded with the addition of fifteen new members. Tekken Force is a beat-em-up stage that allows the player to unlock a new character, and Tekken Ball is a beach volleyball variant in which the ball can cause damage to the characters. Both of these minigames are included in the package.
